Slow Food convivia (local chapters) exist to enjoy the pleasures of good food and to promote the continuance of it. We engage in activities, education, activism, and networking to ensure that all people have access to Good, Clean and Fair food.

GOOD

Good food is grown and prepared with care from healthy plants  & soil. Made with love and whole ingredients, it's not only healthful, it's delicious!

CLEAN

Clean food is nutritious food that is as good for the planet as it is for our bodies and leaves the earth unharmed for future generations. 

FAIR

Slow Foodies believe that Good, Clean food should be accessible to all. And that the people who produce this Good, Clean food should be treated with dignity and respect.
