The first of the Premier Farm Dinner Series is this Sunday, and you won't believe how much work everyone is putting in to make this event exceptional. Slow Food South Texas will be hosting a raffle tonight March 28th at a pop-up farmers market located at Artisan Alley, San Antonio. This market is being held from 5-9 PM and hosted by BIN 555 chef Jason Dady and Il Sogno Osteria chef Andrew Weissman. Come out and stop by the Slow Food booth or South Texas Heritage Pork booth and enter for a chance to win.
All proceeds for the raffle will be used by Slow Food South Texas in support of food education in the San Antonio area.
